Why use ThumbJot?

It’s easy to use! We believe in bare-bones design that works for you, not against you. TJ was designed from the ground up to make jotting easy whenever and wherever you are. We designed the mobile part first and then added the web, which still reflects the simplicity of the mobile interface.

What’s coming next?

Jotting ideas and thoughts as you have them is important. However, how often do you jot things down only to forget them? We’re working on an innovative way to ‘activate’ your jots to make them work for you, unlike notes buried in a notepad or other note-taking apps. Keep an eye on our blog for more news.

Will it work without an iPhone?

You can use the web interface and still enter jots via text message, thus allowing spur of the moment jotting. The mobile interface is currently designed for the iPhone because we’re passionate about the iPhone. Next we’ll be offering an optimised Blackberry experience followed by support for other productivity devices. Check our blog for more news.
